Meet Amanda
For over 10 years, Amanda has been a lover of all types of fitness. Always trying the newest workouts, hottest local studios and being on top of the trends, she had done it all. Shortly after beginning her fitness teaching journey, her world was shifted (like many others) in March 2020.
Being stuck at home, she needed something that would keep her sane and in-shape. After one pilates class, she was hooked. Pilates was the type of movement that got her excited to jump out of bed in the morning. The low-impact exercises meant she could show up day after day without feeling burnt out or bored.
After seeing her body (and mind) transform, she knew she had to help others feel this way. Amanda created this platform to show others that you don’t need to over exercise or spend hours at the gym to get the results you want. Try one class and you'll be hooked!
