HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE PILATES?
A: 5 to 7 times per week, every time isn’t always intense but moving feels good!
What got you into Pilates?
A: The pandemic! I was interested in trying pilates, fell in love immediately and have been consistent ever since. I started doing my own workouts earlier this year and knew I needed to share it with the world.
What is your favourite Pilates movement?
A: Probably a leg lift to oblique crunch (iykyk)
If you could teach a class anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
A: A rooftop in LA because that’s when I’ll know I made it
How often do you wash your hair?
A: 3-4 times a week, usually every 2 days
What inspires you?
A: Everything. Other creators, instructors, friends, my goals, the weather, meditation.
What’s your favourite food to cook?
A: I have made eggs and avocado toast every day for the last 5 years lol.

What’s your skin care routine?
A: Mostly CocoKind and The Ordinary.
What made you pick pilates over other fitness styles?
A: The low impact and intensity was a good balance to other workouts I had been doing. Plus, I loved the way I mentally felt moving slow and with intention.
What advice would you give your younger self?
A: Be yourself. And start your skincare routine… with SPF.
What are three things you cannot live without?
A: Meditation, fresh air, my dog lol
If you could only bring one thing to a deserted island, what would it be?
A: My dog, Maverick.
What is your favourite crystal?
A: I actually love all my crystals because I bought them in different cities over the years and it reminds me of my travels and why I was drawn to it at the time.
